1. Data Sharing

1.1 Purpose of Data Sharing

HIZITIV Labs Inc. is committed to building awareness, fostering community relationships, and contributing to business growth. This policy outlines the terms under which data may be shared for these purposes. Our team operates across Miami (Florida, USA), and maintains relationships with institutional and enterprise partners globally.

1.2 Project Sharing Authorization

By accessing our Services or platform, you grant HIZITIV Labs permission to share project details for the purpose of community building, business relationships, interest building, and job offerings. HIZITIV Labs explicitly will not use shared data for internal copying, reproducing, or replicating any aspect of your business idea, model, brand, lightpaper, whitepaper, website data, services, technology, or logo.

2. Intellectual Property Protection

2.1 Ownership

All intellectual property — including but not limited to business ideas, models, brands, lightpaper, whitepaper (forthcoming), website data, services, technology, HIZIV4 cryptographic stack, UPoS consensus mechanism, NOILLIV Foundation protocols, logos, and related materials — remains the exclusive property of HIZITIV Labs Inc.

2.2 Restrictions on Use

Any data shared by users or partners is strictly for the authorized purposes described in Section 1. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or copying of HIZITIV intellectual property is expressly prohibited.

2.3 Prohibited Actions

Users, partners, and any third parties are explicitly prohibited from: • Using HIZITIV's intellectual property for their own purposes. • Replicating the business model, brand, technology, or any identifiable elements. • Reverse-engineering any component of the HIZITIV platform. • Distributing HIZITIV proprietary content without written authorization.

2.4 Enforcement

HIZITIV Labs reserves the right to enforce these restrictions through all available legal means, including seeking injunctive relief and monetary damages for unauthorized use or infringement.

2.5 Reporting Unauthorized Use

If you become aware of unauthorized use or infringement of HIZITIV intellectual property, please report it promptly to contact@hizitiv.org. We take all reports seriously and will investigate without delay.

3. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

3.1 Protection of Confidential Information

All information shared within the scope of this policy is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without explicit written consent, except as required by law.

3.2 Non-Use for Personal Gain

Users and partners are strictly prohibited from using shared information for personal gain, including copying or reproducing business ideas, models, or any intellectual property belonging to HIZITIV Labs.

4. Compliance and Amendments

4.1 Compliance with Policy

By using HIZITIV's Services or platform, users agree to comply with the full terms of this policy. Non-compliance may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.

4.2 Amendments

HIZITIV Labs reserves the right to amend this policy as needed. Users will be notified of material changes at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of Services after any amendment implies acceptance of the updated terms.
